Panels love a confusing conversion rate. Ours is deliberately boring: 1 point = $0.01, applied to every point in your balance regardless of how you earned it.
You can redeem once you reach 5,000 points, which is $50. Above that, cash out in 5,000-point steps or let the balance build.
Points do not expire while your account stays active. If you go 12 months without signing in we will email you before anything happens to the balance.

A quick check on the account, then it goes out. Digital codes usually arrive within 24 hours; PayPal within one to three business days.
Bring a friend, keep earning from it.
Every member gets a referral link. When someone joins through it and activates their account, you get 100 points immediately.
The part most panels do not offer: you also earn 10% of everything they earn from surveys, for as long as they stay active. Refer five people who take surveys regularly and that becomes a meaningful, ongoing part of your balance.
The commission comes out of our margin, not their balance. Your friend earns exactly what they would have earned without you. Nothing is deducted from them, ever.
Questions about getting paid
Each payout carries a processing cost from the payment or gift card provider. A $50 threshold keeps that cost proportionate, which is what lets us hold the rate at a flat $0.01 per point instead of quietly shaving it.
Not while your account is active. If you have not signed in for 12 months we will email the address on your account before taking any action, so you have a chance to log in or cash out.
Balances are held in points with a fixed USD value. PayPal payouts convert to your local currency at the rate on the day of payment. Gift cards are issued in the currency of the retailer you choose, so the catalogue shows what is available in your country.
None from us. 5,000 points redeems as $50. Your own payment provider may apply its own charges or exchange rates — PayPal, for instance, sets its own conversion rate — and that part is outside our control.
Check the spam folder of your registered email first, since digital codes are delivered there. If it is still missing after five business days, raise a ticket from your account with the redemption date and we will trace it. Points are restored if a reward cannot be delivered.
